My playing career includes nationally competitive club, ODP, Division 1 college, and NPSL, and I have over 20 years of coaching experience at every level—from club and high school to director roles and technical training. Coaching has honed my communication, strategy, and mentorship skills, while my professional experiences continually enhance my approach to developing players both on and off the field.
My story isn’t just about professional achievements. I’m 3 years sober, a journey that continually reshapes how I think about and approach life and leadership. Sobriety has taught me resilience, gratitude, and the importance of living with purpose. I’m also an avid DIYer, decent cook, and passionate about personal health and fitness.
